Studio evolving offers a special experience for those people looking for something
different.

The cottage is distinctively renovated internally with traditional Australian materials
featuring natural timber floors and traditional metal linings to create a striking and
refreshing break from the image of city living. The original character is retained but
refreshingly enhanced with a contemporary feel.

Externally the cottage retains its rustic untouched charm embraced by a lush
established garden creating a sense of intimacy and seclusion. Whilst providing
generous accommodation, the cottage has a feeling of warmth and intimacy featuring
a traditional dining setting in the Kitchen.

The 3 bedroom accommodation is self contained and independent with an equipped
kitchen and laundry, with all breakfast provisions and linen provided. An optional
fourth bedroom can be divided off the main living room.

Two double bedrooms each with ensuite maintain privacy and convenience for couples
who come to share time together. Families and larger groups of up to 8 to 9 people can
be accommodated in shared rooms.

A wood combustion heater in the main living space with a piano and music centre
compliments the warm ambiance of the studio. A separate television sitting room
accommodates the differing interests of guests and their friends.

The cottage is located short distances to major attractions of the Yarra Valley including
wineries, Healesville Sanctuary, relaxed shopping, bushwalks in the Maroondah
Reservoir Park only 15 minutes away by foot and many other attractions.
